Senior SAP BPC Techno/Functional Consultant

Job Summary

INSPYR Solutions is hiring a Senior SAP BPC Techno/Functional Consultant for a long‑term contract in Trammells, Harris County, US. This hybrid role (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) supports executive financial reporting for the CFO, CEO and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with finance leadership to design and deliver monthly and quarterly business review reports using SAP BPC.
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications for reporting solutions.
• Provide expert guidance on BPC budgeting, planning and consolidation processes.
• Perform data validation, variance analysis and ensure report accuracy.
• Act as a liaison between finance, IT and senior management to resolve reporting issues.
• Train end‑users on BPC reporting tools and best practices.
• Maintain documentation of reporting processes, data flows and control procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience implementing SAP BPC (Finance) solutions.
• Strong functional knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and consolidation.
• Proven ability to work with C‑suite executives and translate complex financial data into clear insights.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• U.S. work authorization (Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP BW/4HANA or SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Project management or SAP certification (BPC, FI/CO).
• Knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.

Compensation

Annual salary: $194,140.66 (fixed contract rate).

Location & Work Model

Based in Trammells, Harris County, US. Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite at the Houston office, 2 days remote.
