Senior SAP APM / SAP Commissions Developer

Senior SAP APM / SAP Commissions Developer needed for a remote, long‑term contract with Lorven Technologies, Inc. in the United States. The role focuses on designing, building, and supporting SAP Agent Performance Management (APM) and Callidus ICM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure SAP APM and Callidus ICM modules to meet client specifications.
• Integrate SAP APM with other SAP and third‑party systems, ensuring data integrity and seamless workflow.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex performance and commission calculation issues.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, test scripts, and user guides.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 12 years of hands‑on experience with SAP APM (formerly SAP Agent Performance Management) and Callidus ICM.
• Strong background in ABAP, SAP NetWeaver, and SAP BW/BI.
• Proven experience integrating SAP APM with SAP CRM, ERP, and external data sources.
• Expertise in commission calculation logic, incentive plans, and performance metrics.
• Solid understanding of web services, APIs, and data migration techniques.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and communication skills.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• SAP certifications related to APM, BW, or CRM are a plus.
