About This Position
PPRO is seeking a Senior Sales Manager, New Business – Americas to drive growth across the region from our Chicago office. This senior role focuses on acquiring new enterprise partners and expanding payment solutions worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and close new high‑value merchant and platform relationships across the Americas.
- Develop and execute strategic go‑to‑market plans aligned with PPRO’s global vision.
- Collaborate with product, compliance, and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new partners.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to contract negotiation and implementation.
- Provide accurate forecasts and pipeline reporting to senior leadership.
- Represent PPRO at industry events, conferences, and webinars to build brand awareness.
Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in fintech, payments, or e‑commerce solutions.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and acquiring enterprise‑level clients.
- Strong understanding of payment methods, regulatory environments, and cross‑border transaction challenges.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead cross‑functional initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $97,741.06 annually (USD). Competitive bonus structure, health benefits, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
