Key Responsibilities

• Lead month‑end and quarter‑end revenue close processes, ensuring accurate recognition in accordance with ASC 606.
• Prepare and review complex journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements for multiple pharma and biotech clients.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—sales, finance, legal, and compliance—to resolve revenue‑related issues and implement process improvements.
• Develop and maintain revenue forecasting models and variance analyses to support strategic decision‑making.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior accountants, fostering a culture of best practices and continuous learning.
• Support external audits by preparing schedules, responding to inquiries, and ensuring timely delivery of documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in revenue accounting, preferably within life sciences or technology sectors.
• Strong knowledge of ASC 606, GAAP, and revenue recognition software (e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite).
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with data‑analysis tools.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
