Job Summary

Oracle is hiring a Senior Research Engineer – Agentic AI for its Oracle Analytics team in Urbanización El Vedado, San Juan, US. This role focuses on developing next‑generation enterprise AI solutions that embed agentic and generative AI into data analytics platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and evaluate cutting‑edge agentic AI algorithms for large‑scale enterprise analytics.
• Integrate generative AI and advanced machine learning models into Oracle’s cloud‑based analytics products.
• Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and UX designers to translate research outcomes into production‑ready features.
• Publish technical papers, patents, and internal whitepapers to showcase innovation.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the team’s research roadmap.

Required Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 5+ years of research or industry experience in agentic AI, reinforcement learning, or generative models.
• Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or Java; experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
• Proven track record of publishing in top AI conferences or journals.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Experience

Compensation

Base salary: $122,777.40 per year.
