About This Position
Oracle is hiring a Senior Research Engineer – Agentic AI to join its Oracle Analytics team in Chisolm, Montgomery County, US. This role focuses on advancing enterprise AI products with cutting‑edge agentic and generative AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and prototype next‑generation agentic AI algorithms for large‑scale enterprise analytics.
- Integrate generative AI models and advanced machine‑learning techniques into Oracle’s data‑management platforms.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to translate research into production‑ready features.
- Publish research findings, contribute to patents, and present results at internal and external conferences.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of scientific rigor and innovation.
Required Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or a related field.

- Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or Java and familiarity with deep‑learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Proven track record of publishing research papers or delivering patents in AI/ML.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits
