Job Summary
Oracle is hiring a Senior Research Engineer – Agentic AI in Glendale, Denver, US. This role designs and prototypes advanced AI technologies for Oracle Analytics’ next‑generation enterprise AI products.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, develop, and prototype agentic and generative AI models that integrate with Oracle’s data‑management platform.
- Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and software architects to translate research breakthroughs into scalable enterprise solutions.
- Publish technical papers, contribute to patents, and present findings to internal and external audiences.
- Lead performance evaluation, benchmarking, and optimization of AI pipelines for large‑scale workloads.
- Mentor junior engineers and guide best practices in machine‑learning research and software engineering.
Required Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI research, with a focus on agentic AI, reinforcement learning, or generative models.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C++ and familiarity with deep‑learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Proven track record of publishing in top AI conferences or journals.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment.

Compensation
