Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and prototype advanced agentic AI algorithms and frameworks for enterprise analytics platforms.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to integrate research breakthroughs into production‑ready features.
- Lead experimental studies, evaluate model performance, and publish findings internally and in top‑tier conferences.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the team’s technical roadmap and research agenda.
- Stay current with state‑of‑the‑art generative AI, reinforcement learning, and optimization techniques, applying them to real‑world business problems.
Required Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands‑on research and engineering experience in agentic AI, large language models, or generative AI.
- Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or Java; experience with deep‑learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Proven track record of publishing research and delivering scalable AI solutions.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and strong communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with cloud platforms (Oracle Cloud, AWS, Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Background in data management, analytics pipelines, or enterprise software integration.
- Familiarity with reinforcement learning, planning, or multi‑agent systems.
Compensation & Benefits
