Job Overview
GE Vernova is seeking a Senior Regional Manager Data Centers – Power Stability Systems to lead our Power Conversion & Storage business in the Boston, Suffolk County area. This senior role drives strategy, sales, and service delivery for power stability solutions across data center customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional business plans to achieve revenue and margin targets for power stability and energy storage solutions.
- Lead a cross‑functional team of engineers, sales specialists, and project managers to deliver end‑to‑end projects for data center clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with utilities, large‑scale data center operators, and industrial customers.
- Identify market trends, competitive threats, and emerging technology opportunities to shape product offerings.
- Coordinate with global product and engineering teams to ensure solutions meet reliability and decarbonization goals.
- Present technical proposals, ROI analyses, and sustainability benefits to C‑level executives.
- Drive post‑sale support, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Management, Business or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in power conversion, energy storage, or data center infrastructure sales and service.
- Proven track record of managing multimillion‑dollar regional accounts and achieving growth targets.
- Strong technical acumen with ability to translate complex power stability concepts into business value.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel within the New England region (up to 30%).
Compensation
Base salary: $141,803.40 per year, plus performance‑based incentives and comprehensive benefits.
