Senior Project Surveyor

Prosper Consulting is seeking a Senior Project Surveyor to join its dynamic Cost Consultancy team in Holborn, Central London. This role offers the chance to work on high‑profile projects within an internationally‑connected practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead quantity surveying and cost management for large‑scale construction projects from inception to completion.
• Prepare and review tender documents, contracts, and cost plans, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve design and cost issues.
• Provide accurate cost forecasts, risk assessments, and value‑engineering recommendations.
• Mentor junior surveyors and support the development of best practice procedures.
• Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development activities.

Required Skills & Experience

• Qualified Chartered Surveyor (RICS) with at least 7‑10 years of project surveying experience.
• Proven track record managing multi‑million‑pound projects in the UK.
• Excellent knowledge of NEC, JCT and other standard construction contracts.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across international offices.
