Job Summary
UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Senior Product Manager for its CrimsonAI Partnership Management team in Wellston, Saint Louis County, US. This role leads strategic product initiatives, drives partnership success and delivers technology‑enabled health solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for CrimsonAI partnership offerings.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including engineering, data science, sales, and clinical operations—to deliver high‑impact features on schedule.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from concept, design, development, launch, to post‑launch optimization.
- Build and nurture relationships with external partners, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance standards.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and user feedback to prioritize enhancements and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop business cases, financial models, and KPI dashboards to measure product performance and ROI.
- Lead agile ceremonies, mentor junior product staff, and champion a data‑driven decision‑making culture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Informatics, Computer Science or related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare technology or AI‑driven solutions.
- Proven track record of launching successful B2B partnership products.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform product decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements (HIPAA, HITECH) and healthcare data standards.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AI/ML platforms and integration projects.
- Background in pharmacy benefits, care coordination, or population health management.
- Certification in Agile/Scrum (CSM, SAFe) or Product Management (PMC).
Compensation & Benefits
