Job Summary

Flow is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape innovative digital experiences for its mixed‑use real‑estate platform in Miami, Miami‑Dade County. This role combines user‑centered design, strategic thinking, and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver flexible, community‑focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end design process for web and mobile products, from research and concepting to high‑fidelity prototypes and handoff.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and brand teams to define product vision, user flows, and interaction patterns.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data‑driven analysis to validate design decisions and iterate quickly.
• Create and maintain a cohesive design system that supports Flow’s brand across condominiums, hotels, multifamily residences, and office spaces.
• Mentor junior designers, champion design best practices, and foster a culture of creativity and empathy.
• Translate complex real‑estate and hospitality workflows into intuitive, accessible interfaces that enhance community engagement.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional product design experience, preferably in real‑estate, hospitality, or SaaS environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end design solutions for web and mobile applications.
• Expertise with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like InVision or Axure.
• Deep understanding of user‑centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to work in fast‑paced, cross‑functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience with design systems, component libraries, and design ops.

Compensation

Salary range: $90,584 – $90,584 per year.
