Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and direct clinical research programs for ADC oncology assets across all phases.
• Lead cross‑functional teams including clinical operations, regulatory affairs, biostatistics, and medical affairs.
• Develop and manage study protocols, budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation plans.
• Oversee site selection, patient recruitment, data monitoring, and safety reporting.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, ICH, and GCP guidelines.
• Present study updates to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
• Mentor junior scientists and foster a collaborative research environment.

Qualifications

• PhD or MD in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., Oncology, Pharmacology, Molecular Biology).
• 10+ years of clinical research experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Demonstrated expertise in antibody‑drug conjugates (ADCs) and oncology therapeutic development.
• Strong track record of delivering successful clinical programs through IND, NDA, and BLA submissions.
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and decision‑making skills.

Compensation

Base salary: $251,450.48 per year.
