Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced paralegal support to attorneys handling voting rights enforcement and compliance matters.

Requirements

  • Active DOJ MBI clearance or ability to obtain one before start date.
  • Strong knowledge of federal voting statutes (e.g., Voting Rights Act, Help America Vote Act).
  • Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel locally up to 25% for meetings, hearings, and site visits.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; paralegal certification preferred.
