Job Summary

Reed is hiring a Senior Operations Coordinator in Chigwell, Essex. The role offers a competitive salary of £35,000‑£45,000 and includes the possibility of two days remote work after successful completion of a six‑month probation period.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily trade execution and ensure all transactions are processed accurately and on time.
• Manage logistics and shipping activities, coordinating with carriers, warehouses and internal teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers and internal departments.
• Monitor operational KPIs, identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with health, safety and regulatory standards.
• Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to senior management.
• Support the onboarding and training of junior operators and coordinate cross‑functional projects.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in operations, logistics or supply‑chain coordination.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or similar data‑analysis tools.
