Key Responsibilities

• Lead and close high‑value Medicare Advantage sales interactions with individuals and groups.
• Provide expert guidance on St. Luke’s Health Plan Medicare offerings, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Develop and execute proactive outreach strategies to identify and engage Medicare‑eligible prospects.
• Maintain a robust pipeline, track enrollment metrics, and achieve quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments and tailor plan recommendations to meet member health and financial goals.
• Serve as a mentor and resource for junior sales staff, sharing best practices and industry updates.
• Collaborate with marketing, compliance, and operations teams to optimize enrollment processes and member experience.
• Stay current on Medicare policy changes, competitive landscape, and product enhancements.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Active health insurance sales license in Idaho.
• Minimum 5 years of experience selling Medicare Advantage or related health plan products.
• Demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare regulations, enrollment periods, and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships with seniors, caregivers, and referral partners.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable working independently and within a team.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
