Senior Manager, Predictive Analytics

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and validate predictive models using the world’s largest integrated genomics, proteomics, and electronic medical record datasets.
• Translate complex data insights into actionable clinical use cases that accelerate drug discovery and patient care.
• Partner with Business Development, Laboratory, and scientific teams to define project scope, data requirements, and deliverables.
• Mentor and lead a multidisciplinary analytics team, fostering a culture of innovation and rigorous scientific inquiry.
• Present findings to internal stakeholders and external partners, preparing technical reports and scientific publications.

Required Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience applying machine‑learning or statistical methods to large‑scale omics or healthcare data.
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and cloud‑based analytics platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Track record of publishing research or delivering data‑driven solutions in a biotech/pharma environment.

Compensation
