Job Summary
PagerDuty is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations Analytics to lead data‑driven marketing strategy in State House, Lancaster County, US. This senior role combines analytics leadership with operational excellence to accelerate growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end marketing analytics roadmap, turning raw data into actionable insights for acquisition, retention and product adoption.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams—product, sales, finance and engineering—to define KPI frameworks and reporting standards.
- Design, build and maintain dashboards, predictive models and attribution models that guide budget allocation and campaign optimization.
- Lead a team of analysts and specialists, providing mentorship, performance feedback and career development.
- Establish data governance, quality controls and documentation to ensure reliable, compliant reporting.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and Board‑level stakeholders.
- Drive automation of reporting processes using SQL, Python, Tableau/Looker and modern data‑stack tools.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in marketing analytics, operations or data science, with at least 4 years in a managerial or senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of scaling analytics programs in high‑growth SaaS or technology companies.
- Expertise in SQL, statistical analysis, and visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Looker). Familiarity with Snowflake, BigQuery or Redshift is a plus.
- Strong business acumen—ability to translate complex data into clear, revenue‑impacting recommendations.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills; comfortable presenting to C‑suite audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
