Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end marketing operations function, ensuring seamless campaign execution, lead management, and technology stack optimization.
- Design and maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks, and predictive models to measure ROI, funnel health, and attribution.
- Partner with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and revenue targets.
- Own the marketing technology ecosystem (CRM, marketing automation, analytics platforms), evaluate new tools, and manage vendor relationships.
- Develop and mentor a high‑performing team of analysts and operations specialists.
- Implement process improvements, governance, and data quality standards to support scalable growth.
- Provide strategic insights to senior leadership through regular performance reviews and ad‑hoc analyses.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing operations, analytics, or related fields, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise with CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot), and BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with SQL, Python/R, or similar data‑analysis languages.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Track record of driving measurable improvements in campaign efficiency, lead quality, and revenue impact.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in SaaS or cloud‑based technology companies.
- Knowledge of Digital Operations Management and incident response workflows.

Compensation
Base salary: $239,613.77 annually.
