PagerDuty is hiring a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations & Analytics to lead data‑driven marketing initiatives from its Jackson, Hinds County office. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the end‑to‑end marketing operations strategy, aligning with corporate revenue goals.
- Own the marketing analytics roadmap: define KPIs, build dashboards, and deliver actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
- Lead a cross‑functional team of analysts, campaign managers, and technology specialists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Manage marketing technology stack (CRM, Marketing Automation, DMP) and ensure data integrity across platforms.

Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing operations or analytics, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of scaling data‑driven marketing programs for enterprise‑level SaaS companies.
- Deep expertise in marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), CRM systems (Salesforce), and BI platforms (Tableau, Looker).
- Strong analytical mindset; ability to translate complex data sets into clear business recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
