Job Summary
PagerDuty is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations & Analytics to lead data‑driven marketing initiatives from its Frankfort, Franklin County, US office. This role combines strategic oversight of marketing processes with deep analytical insight to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and own end‑to‑end marketing operations framework, ensuring seamless execution of demand generation, ABM, and lifecycle programs.
- Lead a team of analysts and operations specialists to collect, cleanse, and interpret marketing data from CRM, automation, and analytics platforms.
- Develop dashboards, KPI scorecards, and predictive models that guide budget allocation and channel mix decisions.
- Partner with product, sales, and finance leaders to align marketing metrics with overall business objectives.
- Implement process improvements, automation, and governance to increase efficiency and data quality.
- Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or related field; MBA or advanced analytics certification a plus.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, or performance marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proficiency with CRM (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
- Strong analytical mindset, capable of translating complex data sets into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
