Key Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end marketing operations, including campaign execution, lead management, and technology stack governance.
• Develop and maintain analytics frameworks to measure ROI, funnel performance, and attribution across paid, owned, and earned channels.
• Partner with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
• Mentor and grow a team of analysts, marketers, and operations specialists.
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement automation solutions to improve speed and accuracy.
• Produce executive‑level dashboards and regular performance reports.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, or demand generation, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), CRM systems (Salesforce), and BI tools (Tableau, Looker).
• Strong analytical mindset, able to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Compensation

Base salary: $167,083.17 annually.
