About This Position

Job Summary

PagerDuty is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations & Analytics to lead data‑driven marketing initiatives from its Cedar, Cole County, US headquarters. This senior role combines strategic planning, performance measurement, and cross‑functional leadership to accelerate growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and own end‑to‑end marketing operations processes, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns across demand generation, product marketing, and customer engagement.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks, and predictive models that surface insights for the executive team.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Product teams to align metrics, forecast ROI, and optimize spend.
  • Lead a high‑performing team of analysts and operations specialists, providing coaching, career development, and performance feedback.
  • Implement marketing technology stack enhancements (CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools) and drive adoption across the organization.
  • Establish data governance standards, ensure data quality, and champion a culture of measurement and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a managerial or senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable results in B2B SaaS or technology environments.
  • Expertise in SQL, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar analytics platforms; strong quantitative and storytelling skills.
  • Deep understanding of marketing automation (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of influencing senior executives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
