About This Position
PagerDuty is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations & Analytics to lead data‑driven marketing initiatives in Augusta, Kennebec County, US. This role combines strategic oversight of marketing processes with deep analytics to optimize campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and continuously improve end‑to‑end marketing operations workflows.
- Lead a team of analysts and marketing technologists to deliver actionable insights across demand generation, product marketing, and customer acquisition.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting suites, and predictive models that measure ROI, funnel health, and revenue impact.
- Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders (sales, product, finance) to align marketing data with business objectives.
- Manage the marketing technology stack (CRM, marketing automation, analytics platforms) ensuring data integrity and integration.
- Define and enforce data governance, segmentation, and attribution standards.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Computer Science or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, or performance marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise with CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot), and analytics tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, SQL).
- Strong quantitative skills; ability to translate complex data sets into clear business recommendations.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities; experience building and mentoring high‑performing teams.

Compensation & Benefits
