Job Summary
PagerDuty is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations & Analytics to lead data‑driven marketing initiatives in Edgewood, Richland County, US. This senior role combines strategic planning, performance measurement, and cross‑functional leadership to optimise the company’s marketing engine.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the end‑to‑end marketing operations strategy, aligning with PagerDuty’s growth objectives.
- Own the marketing analytics roadmap, building dashboards, reporting frameworks and predictive models to measure campaign ROI, funnel performance and customer acquisition cost.
- Partner with demand‑generation, product, and sales teams to translate insights into actionable tactics and optimise spend across channels.
- Lead a team of analysts and operations specialists, fostering a culture of data literacy, continuous improvement and agile execution.
- Manage marketing technology stack (Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.), ensuring data integrity, integration and governance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, present findings to senior leadership and recommend optimisation opportunities.
- Drive experimentation programmes (A/B tests, multivariate testing) and champion best‑in‑class measurement methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in marketing operations, analytics or performance marketing, with at least 5 years in a managerial or senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of building analytics frameworks that influence multi‑million‑dollar marketing budgets.
- Strong expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
- Advanced analytical skills; proficiency in SQL, Python/R, Tableau, Power BI or similar tools.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, capable of translating complex data into clear business recommendations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science or related field; MBA or advanced analytics certification is a plus.
