Job Summary
PagerDuty is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations & Analytics to lead data‑driven marketing initiatives in Cammack Village, Pulaski County, US. This role combines strategic oversight of marketing processes with deep analytical insight to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize end‑to‑end marketing operations workflows, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Lead a team of analysts and operations specialists to deliver actionable insights across demand generation, product marketing, and customer acquisition.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks, and predictive models that measure campaign performance, ROI, and funnel health.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams—including Sales, Product, and Engineering—to align marketing data strategy with overall business objectives.
- Manage the marketing technology stack (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, analytics platforms) and drive integration projects.

Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of building high‑performing teams and delivering measurable business impact.
- Expertise in SQL, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools; strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Hands‑on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, capable of translating complex data into clear business recommendations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or related discipline; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
