Job Summary
PagerDuty is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations & Analytics to lead data‑driven marketing initiatives in Salem, Marion County, US. This role oversees the end‑to‑end marketing technology stack, performance measurement, and analytical insights supporting the company’s digital operations leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize the marketing operations framework, including demand generation, lead management, and campaign execution.
- Lead a team of marketing analysts and operations specialists to deliver actionable insights that improve ROI and customer acquisition.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting suites, and predictive models that track key performance indicators across paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Partner with product, sales, and finance teams to align marketing metrics with overall business objectives and revenue targets.
- Oversee marketing technology stack (CRM, marketing automation, BI tools) ensuring data integrity, integration, and scalability.
- Drive A/B testing, attribution modeling, and multivariate analysis to continuously refine campaign effectiveness.
- Manage budget planning, forecasting, and performance tracking for a multi‑million‑dollar marketing spend.
- Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of data literacy and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, or performance marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise with CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot), and analytics platforms (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
- Strong analytical skill set, comfortable with SQL, Python/R, and statistical modeling.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
Compensation & Benefits
