Job Summary
PagerDuty is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations & Analytics to lead data‑driven marketing initiatives in Chisolm, Montgomery County, US. This role combines strategic oversight of marketing operations with advanced analytics to boost campaign performance and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the marketing operations strategy, ensuring seamless processes across demand generation, lead management, and campaign execution.
- Lead a team of analysts and marketers, fostering a culture of data‑centric decision making.
- Design, implement, and maintain reporting frameworks and dashboards that measure key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing channels.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Manage the marketing technology stack (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, Tableau) and drive continuous improvement and integration.
- Conduct deep‑dive analyses to uncover insights, segment audiences, and optimize spend across paid, owned, and earned media.
- Develop forecasting models and predictive analytics to guide budget allocation and growth strategies.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with privacy regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, or performance marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of building and scaling analytics teams and delivering measurable ROI improvements.
- Expertise with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot), CRM systems (Salesforce), and BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
- Strong SQL, Python or R skills for data manipulation and modeling.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
Compensation & Benefits
