Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute end‑to‑end marketing operations strategy aligned with company goals.

Requirements

- 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, or performance marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise with marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot), CRM (Salesforce), and analytics tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
- Strong quantitative skills; ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in SaaS or technology‑focused companies is a plus.
