About This Position

PagerDuty is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations & Analytics to lead data‑driven marketing initiatives in Phoenix, Maricopa County, US. This role combines strategic planning, performance analytics, and cross‑functional collaboration to accelerate growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute end‑to‑end marketing operations strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Lead a team of analysts and marketing technologists, fostering a culture of data‑centric decision making.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize reporting dashboards for campaign performance, ROI, and pipeline metrics.
  • Partner with product, sales, and finance to integrate marketing data into the broader business intelligence ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, or performance marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven expertise with marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot), CRM (Salesforce), and analytics tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
  • Strong quantitative skills; ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in SaaS or technology‑focused companies is a plus.
