Job Summary
PagerDuty is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations & Analytics to lead data‑driven marketing initiatives in Baton Rouge, East Baton Rouge Parish, US. This senior role combines strategic planning, performance measurement, and cross‑functional collaboration to optimize the company’s digital operations marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the marketing operations roadmap, aligning analytics, technology, and processes with business objectives.
- Lead a team of analysts and operations specialists, providing mentorship, performance reviews, and career development.
- Design, implement, and maintain reporting frameworks and dashboards to track campaign ROI, lead conversion, and customer acquisition metrics.
- Partner with product, sales, and customer success teams to translate insights into actionable strategies that improve the digital experience.
- Oversee the selection, integration, and optimization of marketing technology stack (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, BI tools).
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with privacy regulations across all marketing datasets.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a managerial or senior leadership role.
- Proven expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and visualization tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, or Looker.
- Strong understanding of marketing technology ecosystems (CRM, Marketing Automation, Attribution platforms).
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, capable of turning complex data into clear business insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related discipline; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
