Job Summary
PagerDuty is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations Analytics to lead data‑driven marketing initiatives in Douglas, Juneau, US. This role combines strategic oversight of marketing analytics with operational excellence to drive growth for a global leader in Digital Operations Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the analytics roadmap for the Marketing Operations team, aligning metrics with business objectives.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams (Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Sales Enablement) to deliver actionable insights that improve campaign performance.
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks, and predictive models using tools such as SQL, Tableau, Looker, or similar.
- Lead a team of analysts, providing mentorship, performance feedback, and career development.
- Establish data governance, quality standards, and documentation to ensure reliable, repeatable reporting.
- Present findings to senior leadership, translating complex data into clear, strategic recommendations.
- Identify automation opportunities to streamline reporting processes and reduce manual effort.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in marketing analytics, operations, or related fields, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of influencing strategy through data‑driven insights in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).
- Strong statistical analysis skills; experience with Python/R, A/B testing, and predictive modeling is a plus.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, capable of presenting to executive audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related discipline; Master’s preferred.
