About This Position
PagerDuty is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations & Analytics to lead data‑driven marketing initiatives in Lansing, Ingham County, US. This role combines strategic oversight of marketing operations with deep analytics to accelerate growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement and optimize end‑to‑end marketing operations processes, including campaign execution, lead management, and technology stack governance.
- Lead a team of analysts and operations specialists to deliver actionable insights that improve acquisition, activation, retention and revenue metrics.
- Partner with product, sales, and finance leaders to align marketing programs with business objectives and forecast ROI.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks, and predictive models using SQL, Tableau, and advanced analytics tools.
- Manage the marketing technology ecosystem (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce) ensuring data integrity and seamless integrations.
- Drive continuous improvement through A/B testing, attribution modeling, and performance optimization.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing operations, analytics, or related fields, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of scaling marketing programs for fast‑growing technology companies.
- Strong analytical skills; expert in SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
- Hands‑on experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science or related discipline; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
