Job Summary
PagerDuty is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations & Analytics to lead data‑driven marketing initiatives from its Wyoming, Kent County, US office. This role oversees the full marketing operations stack, drives performance analytics, and partners with cross‑functional teams to optimize campaign ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain end‑to‑end marketing operations processes, including demand generation, lead management, and campaign execution.
- Lead a team of Marketing Operations Specialists and analysts, providing coaching, performance reviews, and career development.
- Own the marketing technology stack (Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.), ensuring data integrity, system integrations, and user adoption.
- Develop and deliver actionable analytics dashboards and reports that measure campaign effectiveness, funnel health, and revenue impact.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and drive measurable growth.
- Establish governance frameworks for data privacy, compliance, and best‑practice documentation.
- Manage the marketing operations budget, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, or related fields, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
- Strong analytical skill set; proficient in SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.
- Demonstrated ability to translate data insights into strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
