About This Position

PagerDuty is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations & Analytics to lead data‑driven marketing initiatives in Washington, D.C., US. This role oversees the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing processes, reporting, and insights to support the company’s digital operations leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Marketing Operations team to design, implement, and refine end‑to‑end marketing workflows and automation.
  • Develop and maintain robust analytics frameworks, dashboards, and KPI reporting for demand generation, campaign performance, and ROI.
  • Partner with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives and revenue goals.
  • Manage the marketing tech stack (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, BI tools) ensuring data quality, integration, and scalability.
  • Mentor and develop junior analysts and operations specialists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Drive A/B testing, attribution modeling, and predictive analytics to optimize spend and improve conversion rates.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, or related fields, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven expertise with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
  • Strong analytical skill set, comfortable with SQL, Python/R, and advanced Excel.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related discipline; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
