About This Position
Job Summary
ServiceNow, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Expert Services to lead high‑impact consulting engagements from our Glendale, Denver office. This role directs a team of experts, drives customer transformation, and ensures delivery of AI‑enabled solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary Expert Services team delivering end‑to‑end implementations for enterprise customers.
- Own project profitability, resource planning, and timeline adherence across complex, multi‑phase engagements.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering to shape solution architecture and identify upsell opportunities.
- Drive adoption of ServiceNow’s AI‑enhanced platform, ensuring measurable business outcomes for clients.
- Develop and maintain best‑practice methodologies, governance frameworks, and knowledge‑share initiatives.
- Represent ServiceNow at client executive meetings, industry events, and thought‑leadership forums.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, or managed services within enterprise SaaS environments.
- Proven track record managing large, global implementations and delivering revenue‑positive results.
- Deep understanding of ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and emerging AI/automation capabilities.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP) preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
