Zurich NA is seeking a Senior Incident Response Consultant to join its SpearTip cybersecurity consulting team in Frankfort, Franklin County, US. This senior‑level role focuses on leading advanced threat investigations, mitigating breaches, and delivering strategic guidance to protect client value.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end incident response engagements for high‑profile clients, including detection, containment, eradication, and post‑incident analysis.
- Develop and execute cyber counter‑intelligence strategies to identify zero‑day threats and emerging attack vectors.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement proactive security controls and resilience frameworks.
- Produce detailed forensic reports, executive briefings, and actionable remediation recommendations.
- Mentor junior consultants, share best practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of SpearTip methodologies.
- Stay current on threat intelligence, industry regulations, and emerging technologies to maintain Zurich’s gold‑standard reputation.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands‑on incident response, digital forensics, or cyber threat hunting experience.
- Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems, malware analysis, and cloud security environments.
- Relevant certifications such as GCIH, GCFA, CISSP, or equivalent.
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical findings to both technical and executive audiences.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
