Zurich NA is seeking a Senior Incident Response Consultant to join its SpearTip cybersecurity consulting team in Trenton, Mercer County, US. This senior role leads complex cyber‑incident investigations, advises high‑profile clients, and drives advanced threat‑hunting initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end incident response engagements for Fortune‑500 and midsize enterprises.
• Conduct forensic analysis of compromised systems, networks, and cloud environments.
• Develop and deliver actionable remediation plans and post‑incident reports to senior client stakeholders.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the knowledge‑base of SpearTip.
• Collaborate with Zurich Resilience Solutions to integrate cyber‑counterintelligence tactics into client risk‑management programs.
• Stay current on zero‑day vulnerabilities, emerging threat actors, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands‑on incident response, digital forensics, or threat hunting experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, macOS, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficiency with forensic tools such as EnCase, FTK, X‑Ways, and open‑source utilities.
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, GCIH, GCFA, OSCP or equivalent) preferred.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to convey technical findings to non‑technical executives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.

Compensation

Base salary: $117,592.79 per year.
