Zurich NA is hiring a Senior Incident Response Consultant in Mongmong, Mongmong‑Toto‑Maite, US. This senior role joins the SpearTip team of Zurich Resilience Solutions to lead advanced cyber‑threat investigations and protect client assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end incident response engagements for high‑profile clients, from detection through containment and remediation.
- Analyze malware, exploits, and zero‑day vulnerabilities using cutting‑edge forensic tools and threat‑intelligence platforms.
- Develop and deliver actionable threat‑intel reports, executive briefings, and post‑incident lessons learned.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional security teams to design proactive defenses and improve client security postures.
- Mentor junior consultants, share best practices, and contribute to SpearTip’s knowledge base.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience in incident response, cyber forensics, or threat hunting.
- Deep knowledge of Windows, Linux, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proficiency with tools such as EnCase, FTK, Wireshark, Splunk, and EDR platforms.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, malware analysis, and adversary tactics (MITRE ATT&CK).
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with technical and executive audiences.
Preferred Experience
- Relevant certifications (CISSP, GCIH, GCFA, OSCP).
- Experience with threat‑intelligence frameworks and cyber‑counterintelligence strategies.
- Background in consulting or professional services environments.
