Zurich NA is seeking a Senior Incident Response Consultant to join its SpearTip cybersecurity consulting team in Urbanización El Vedado, San Juan, US. This senior‑level role focuses on advanced threat detection, incident handling, and cyber counter‑intelligence for high‑profile clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end incident response engagements, from initial detection through containment, eradication, and post‑mortem analysis.
• Conduct forensic investigations on compromised systems, networks, and cloud environments using industry‑leading tools.
• Develop and deliver actionable threat‑intel reports and recommendations to senior client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Zurich Resilience Solutions’ product and engineering teams to integrate emerging security technologies.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the continuous improvement of SpearTip’s incident response methodology.
• Participate in threat‑hunting exercises, tabletop simulations, and client training workshops.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of hands‑on experience in incident response, digital forensics, or cyber threat intelligence.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and associated log‑analysis techniques.
• Professional certifications such as GCIH, GCFA, CISSP, or equivalent.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical findings to both technical and executive audiences.
• Experience with SIEM solutions (e.g., Splunk, QRadar) and scripting languages (Python, PowerShell).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
