Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for FOIA disclosure tools, from concept through launch and continuous improvement.
- Gather and prioritize stakeholder requirements, translating them into clear product roadmaps and feature specifications.
- Collaborate with IT architects, developers, legal counsel, and federal agency users to ensure compliance with FOIA regulations and data security standards.
- Develop and execute product marketing strategies, including go‑to‑market plans, training materials, and user adoption campaigns.
- Monitor product performance metrics, user feedback, and emerging technologies to drive iterative enhancements.
- Prepare briefing documents and status reports for senior leadership and federal oversight bodies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably with government‑focused software or FOIA/records‑management solutions.
- Deep understanding of the Freedom of Information Act, public‑records statutes, and related compliance frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced, highly regulated environment.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
