This senior leadership role oversees global clinical development strategy, leads cross‑functional study teams and ensures scientific integrity across multiple nephrology and immunology programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute global clinical development strategies for nephrology and immunology pipelines.
• Lead multi‑disciplinary study teams, coordinating with clinical operations, regulatory, biostatistics, medical affairs and external partners.
• Design, initiate and oversee Phase I‑III clinical trials, ensuring compliance with ICH‑GCP and internal quality standards.
• Present strategic plans and trial updates to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
• Drive risk assessment, mitigation plans and resource allocation across global programs.
• Mentor and develop junior clinical staff, fostering a culture of scientific excellence.

Qualifications & Requirements

• MD, PhD, or equivalent advanced degree with extensive experience in clinical development, preferably in nephrology or immunology.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in pharma or biotech, including global trial oversight.
• Strong track record of successful IND submissions, regulatory interactions and product approvals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to travel internationally as needed.

Compensation

Base salary: $237,604.02 per year.
