Job Summary

Humana is seeking a Senior Digital Product Owner – Ecommerce to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of our online health and wellness platforms in Trenton, Mercer County, US. This senior role combines deep product expertise with agile leadership to drive innovative, member‑centric ecommerce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for ecommerce initiatives supporting Humana’s digital health services.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—UX/UI designers, engineers, data analysts, marketing, and compliance—to translate business goals into actionable user stories.
• Prioritize features based on member value, ROI, regulatory requirements, and technical feasibility.
• Lead sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and sprint reviews, ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality releases.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rate, average order value, and member satisfaction; use data to iterate and improve the product.
• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and development teams, communicating progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Ensure all ecommerce solutions meet HIPAA, PCI‑DSS, and other compliance standards.
• Mentor junior product owners and contribute to best‑practice agile processes across the digital portfolio.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Healthcare Management or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of product ownership experience in ecommerce, preferably within health‑care or insurance sectors.
• Proven track record delivering complex digital products using Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data‑driven decision‑making tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SQL, Tableau).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, payment processing, and digital security standards.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar agile certification is a plus.
