Job Summary

Humana is seeking a Senior Digital Product Owner – Ecommerce to lead the strategy and delivery of its online health and wellness platforms in Bismarck, Burleigh County, US. Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap for Humana’s ecommerce channels, aligning with business goals and member needs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including engineering, design, marketing, compliance, and analytics—to translate requirements into actionable user stories and releases.
• Prioritize backlog items, manage sprint planning, and ensure timely delivery of high‑quality features using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and member feedback to continuously improve the digital shopping experience.
• Own key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rate, average order value, and customer satisfaction, and report results to senior leadership.
• Ensure all ecommerce solutions meet regulatory, security, and privacy standards specific to the healthcare industry.
• Mentor junior product owners and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Healthcare Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 7+ years of product ownership experience, with at least 4 years focused on ecommerce platforms.
• Proven track record of delivering digital products that drive revenue and improve user experience.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, product lifecycle management, and data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, CMS) is a plus.
