Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy advanced machine‑learning models for predictive maintenance, equipment utilization and workflow optimisation.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and field teams to integrate data pipelines and real‑time analytics into Trackunit’s IoT platform.
• Analyse large, heterogeneous datasets from sensors, telematics and ERP systems to uncover trends and business opportunities.
• Lead A/B testing, model validation and performance monitoring to ensure robust, scalable solutions.
• Mentor junior data scientists and promote best practices in data engineering, model governance and reproducible research.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience building production‑grade ML models, preferably in IoT or construction‑tech environments.
• Proficiency in Python or R, with deep knowledge of libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn and pandas.
