Senior Data Analyst

Cornerstone onDemand is seeking a Senior Data Analyst for its Revenue Operations – Global Analytics COE in Wichita, Sedgwick County, US. This role focuses on customer retention, expansion analytics and predictive insights to drive revenue durability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain advanced analytical models to forecast churn, renewal rates and expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Customer Success teams to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations that provide real‑time visibility into gross and net retention metrics.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis of retention challenges and recommend process improvements.
• Support the creation of data‑driven business cases for new revenue initiatives.
• Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in data governance and statistical modeling.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in advanced analytics, preferably within SaaS, revenue operations or customer success domains.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and data‑visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong understanding of retention metrics, churn analysis, and predictive modeling techniques.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex insights to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
