Senior Data Analyst

Cornerstone onDemand is seeking a Senior Data Analyst in Jackson, Hinds County, US to drive predictive analytics for customer retention and expansion within the Revenue Operations Analytics Center of Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain advanced statistical models to forecast churn, renewal rates, and expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with GTM teams to translate data insights into actionable strategies that improve gross and net retention.
• Design and automate dashboards and reports for senior leadership, enabling real‑time visibility into revenue health.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses of customer behavior, product usage, and market trends to identify growth levers.
• Partner with finance, sales, and customer success to align data‑driven initiatives across the revenue cycle.
• Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in data governance, quality, and documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in advanced analytics, preferably in SaaS or technology revenue operations.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle metrics: retention, churn, renewal, and expansion.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced, global environment.

Compensation & Benefits
