Senior Data Analyst

Cornerstone onDemand is seeking a Senior Data Analyst in Manchester, Hillsborough County, US. This role focuses on customer retention, expansion, and advanced analytics within the Revenue Operations COE.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop predictive models to improve gross and net retention, churn mitigation, and renewal execution.
• Collaborate with GTM teams to provide actionable insights that drive revenue durability and forecast confidence.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for post‑sale performance monitoring.
• Lead data‑driven projects that identify expansion opportunities and optimize customer lifecycle value.
• Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in data governance and analytical methodology.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in advanced analytics, preferably within revenue operations or SaaS environments.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle metrics, churn analysis, and retention strategies.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex findings into clear business recommendations.

Compensation

Salary range: $85,763.62 – $85,763.62 per year.
