Senior Data Analyst

Cornerstone onDemand is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join its Revenue Operations Analytics Center of Excellence in Charleston, Kanawha County, US. This role focuses on customer retention, churn mitigation, and expansion insights to drive predictable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop predictive models and dashboards to improve gross and net customer retention.
• Analyze churn drivers and recommend mitigation strategies across global markets.
• Support renewal and expansion forecasting with advanced analytics techniques.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Product teams to translate data insights into actionable initiatives.
• Maintain data quality, documentation, and governance within the analytics COE.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in advanced analytics, preferably in SaaS or subscription‑based businesses.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong statistical modeling, forecasting, and A/B testing skills.
• Excellent communication skills to present complex findings to senior stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with revenue operations or customer success analytics.
• Knowledge of cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
• Familiarity with machine‑learning libraries (scikit‑learn, TensorFlow).

Compensation & Benefits
