Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain predictive models to improve gross and net retention, churn mitigation, and renewal execution.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional GTM teams to translate analytical findings into actionable growth strategies.
• Design dashboards and visualizations that provide real‑time insight into expansion opportunities and customer health.
• Lead advanced analytics projects, including cohort analysis, forecasting, and scenario planning.
• Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in data governance and statistical methodology.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
