Job Summary

Tek Inspirations LLC is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join their team in Highland Park, Dallas (US). This hybrid role requires local candidates to work on‑site 2‑3 days per week and attend an initial in‑person week.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data pipelines across OLTP, data warehouse, and big‑data environments.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate analytical requirements into actionable data solutions.
• Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and reliability of reporting.
• Create and deliver dashboards, visualizations, and ad‑hoc reports using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best‑practice documentation.
• Support data governance initiatives and ensure compliance with security standards.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst.
• At least 4 years of hands‑on SQL experience with OLTP, data warehouse, and big‑data platforms.
• 3+ years of Oracle Database expertise.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Experience writing medium to complex stored procedures (2+ years preferred).
• Ability to work hybrid schedule and be on‑site for the first week of employment.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Python or R for statistical analysis.
• Experience with cloud data services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of data modeling and ETL processes.

Contract Details

This is a 12‑month contract position with a high probability of extension based on performance.
